An Overview of the Digital Environment

This provides a broad overview of today's digital environment, helps clarify some terms, and introduces you to the tools of the environment. We examine the changes in the digital environment and how these changes require us to become proactive with customers and create a customer-focused environment, go straight to the logon page.

eLearning is a very powerful tool that reaches audiences that need to work at their own pace, audiences across many time zones and geographies, and audiences where it is not viable to bring people together for face-to-face training. eLearning is also a very powerful tool when used in conjunction with guided learning and limited face-to-face interactions.
