Home Sponsor Opportunities

As a unique home sponsor, your business has the attention of all visitors entering the home.  This is an opportunity to showcase the products, service, or craftsmanship your business or organization provides.  The Cadwalader Heights Civic Association seeks primarily local organizations to sponsor the historic homes.

As Event Partner:

A sponsorship fee of $250 is required.

You receive:

  • Access to an expected 800 visitors.
  • Your business or organization sign prominently featured in the home.
  • Increased customer experience.  Share your professional experience and dialogue with an interested audience. 
  • Increased business.  Distribute your promotional material, special discounts, and coupons to increase your business.
  • Increased web presence.  Cadwalader Heights web site features your business or organization logo and links to your web site.
  • Increased media exposure.  Event editorials and advertising in area publications.
  • Complimentary full page ad in the event program, valued at $150.
  • Two complimentary House Tour tickets, valued at $25 each.

  • Ad copy is due to CHCA by September 15, 2007.
  • Payment of $250 (payable by check to Cadwalader Heights Civic Association) no later than September 27, 2007.
  • A CHCA representative will contact you to discuss your participation and details.

The Community Receives:

Cadwalader Heights Civic Association is proud to donate half the proceeds of the 2007 House Tour ticket sales to Habitat for Humanity. By participating in the event, you support this important work.
