Come Celebrate our First 100 Years

Dear Friends of Cadwalader Heights-

I am thrilled to let you know that our Centennial House Tour “100 Years of Timeless Design” was a run-away smashing success! More than one thousand people joined us on October 6th to visit our homes and see just why we think Cadwalader Heights is so special. They helped us to raise many thousands of dollars for Trenton’s Habitat for Humanity, a non-profit charitable organization that works to alleviate the shortage of quality affordable housing in the Trenton area.

If our House Tour left you wanting more of Cadwalader Heights, join us for an elegant evening at our Gala at Ellarslie on Saturday, October 13th from 6 to 9 pm for gourmet hors d’ouevres and cocktails. Watch for us on HGTV’s “What You Get For the Money” in February when they showcase one of our homes. And the November issue of New Jersey Monthly will feature an article on our Centennial Celebrations with stunning photographs of several of our homes.

I must share my heartfelt thanks to the wonderful sponsors, restaurants and florists that supported our neighborhood this year. Please remember to thank them when patronizing their businesses, and let them know that you appreciate the contributions they made in making our event such an unqualified success.
